RE:       Conservation Easement Monitoring – Block 3, Lot 16

 

Dear Mr. & Mrs.

 

Please be advised that members of the Environmental Commission of the Township of Chester will be doing an inspection of the Conservation Easement on your property and others in the area of Luce Court. The members are acting as agents of the Zoning Official on behalf of Chester Township.

 

The Conservation Easement recorded at the time of the subdivision approval is for the protection of the natural conditions of streams or other areas and the quality of the waters of said streams from any effects from development. The Township, by its officers, employees and agents shall have the right (but not the duty) to enter upon the easement area and other lands of Grantor of the easement as necessary for access to the easement area at all reasonable times upon reasonable notice to Grantor for the sole purposes of inspection, protection and maintenance, but this right does not evidence or create any agreement or obligation of the Township to inspect, protect or maintain the easement area.

 

The members of the Commission will be carrying a copy of this letter so as to identify themselves. They will be in the area of Luce Court between 9 a.m.12 noon on Saturday, June 29, 2002.

 

The results of the inspection will be forwarded to you at a later time from this office.
